Only the best fruit from this Willunga Hills boutique
vineyard is handpicked and open fermented for the
production of this distinctive , vivid purple red single
vineyard Shiraz, which is mellow, well balanced and
holds a long finish, yet not heavy on the palate.
Handcrafted winemaking techniques are essential when
making a wine of this exceptional quality.
This well structured wine is approachable now, however
it has the concentration, tannin and acid to guarantee
longer term cellaring.

It is recommended with venison, game, seafood, spicy or
light Asian dishes, smoked food and cheeses.

Full
red purple, superb mix of Dark Berry, Black Currant
Fruit, interwoven with fine, spicy, French oak, matured
for 18 months in the barrel.
This wine will be released in September 2008.

Full red purple superb mix of dark berry black currant
fruit, gentle Vanilla, hint of Cinnamon with the flavors
of fruit ripened to perfection.
Well balanced, good structure a delight for the palate.

light Asian dishes, smoked food and cheeses.
